1. Purpose and Intent
The ATLASBX CSR Principle provide basic ground for redefining our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
system and building it into our culture. Based on these principles. ATLASBX will fulfill its responsibilities as a
corporate citizen, provide the highest value to our stakeholders and lead sustainable growth in the battery
industry.
2. Stipulation of
   CSR Policies
Our CSR system, policies and issue-specification plans must be clearly stipulated and then disseminated
internally and externally so that they can be properly executed across the company.
3. Regular Reviews
   and Monitoring
Using our CSR self-evaluation mode incorporating relevant regulations and global standards, ATLASBX is to
perform reviews and evaluations every year so that we can consistently monitor our CSR activities and any outstanding issues.
4. CSR Training &
   Consensus Building
To spread our CSR policies and build consensus among our employees, ATLASBX has established CSR training
plans and carries out company-wide training activities every year.
5. Information Disclosure
   & Stakeholder Relations
Our definition of core stakeholders include customers, employees, business partners, local communities,
nature / ecology / climate, shareholders and investors. It is our responsibility to create official venues for
holding regular discussions with the core stakeholders and to incorporate their opinions and suggestions in
conducting CSR and management activities.
6. Integrated Risk
    Management
ATLASBX will ensure systematic management of and appropriate response to non-financial risks
(Eg. Social, environmental and ethical risks) as well as consistent management of financial risks.
